How can I get movies to play instantly? I have installed silverlight as instructed–then I can’t get the movie to play on my computer, and it wants me to install silverlight again. I have installed and uninstalled it and installed it again with the same results. Help

I joined Netflix about a year ago and couldn’t get a movie to play because the cd was all scratched up.
I forgot my password and don’t know how to access your site to pick another movie.
We’ve been paying the monthly fee for a yr. and I haven’t sent back my last movie.
All i want to do is pick another movie (tell me how) and I’ll also send back the movie I have.
I’m 62 and not very computer literate.

That’s strange, I would try deleting the packages inside C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome\Packages then updating the guide which should also re-download those packages.

I have been trying different codecs/filters divx etc. and now I don’t see the netflix option anymore. It use to be next to movies, now under that menu item is only movies and dvd. How can I get the netflix option back?

Do you know if theres a way to increase the number of titles that netflix displays in each area? It only shows 100.

I believe it can by moved by moving the tile labeled “Promo (Movies1)”.

Is there a way to move the netflix icon to another strip with media center studio? It doesn’t seem to show up
