With the default installation of Yamm it was adding very large image files and not resizing them. This would hand MC every time I went into the movies section. You could find and delete all of the image files, or do what I did and configure Yamm to resize all files and let it run overnight.

After reading this post I installed YAMM and uninstalled it after a while to try MCM. But it looks like YAMM didn’t remove library it created. Now Media Center nearly stops responding every time I open Movie library. How do I clear that library?? Installing Yamm and removing all library folders doesnt help!

After adding metadata using YAMMM, the movie library is auto-scrolling for some reason, it scrolls to one side and reaches the same movie again and again.. any solutions?

Yeh, I figured that may be the problem but I don’t use password protection on the network and wasn’t sure what to do about that

Thanks for the post about Yammm. Version 1.1 will be released this weekend that enabled the logging so users can see what things weren’t matched and optionally select a match manually. In terms of remote shared paths not working, did you setup the remote username\password on the Library tab? That is needed for remote paths to work properly since it runs as a service and not under the current user’s context. I’ll look to make help file that explains the settings more.
